📢 Please Note Our Shipping Process

It can happen that certain products are not directly available from our warehouse but they need to be manufactured based on received orders.

In this case we follow a simple 3-step ordering process to ensure transparency and flexibility for our customers:

1️⃣ Place Your Order & Secure It

• Select your products and place your order with a fully refundable 0.1% payment at this stage.

• This will enable us to see your order details including expected delivery address. We will use this information to calculate the shipping cost for you.

2️⃣ Receive Shipping Cost & Confirm Manufacturing

• We will provide you with an up-to-date shipping cost shortly after receiving your order. The shipping cost excludes potential import duties and local charges such as VAT or GST by your local authorities!

• At this stage, you have the option to step back, cancel your order and get back a refund of your 0.1% payment, or proceed by paying another 49.9% of the product(s) price. With this prepayment, in total of 50%, you commit to your order, without possibility for refund. This will enable us to begin manufacturing. 

3️⃣ Final Payment & Delivery

• Once manufacturing is complete, you receive another notification to pay the remaining 50% + the already advised shipping cost.

• Manufacturing and packaging could take 1-3 weeks, depending on order type and size.

This process ensures that you only commit when you have all the details while allowing us to offer a smooth and efficient order fulfillment experience.
